One of the key outcomes of 2025 has been gaining clarity on how we want to diversify our service offerings and where we can truly add value. With the Kuwait market evolving and client needs shifting, we took a deliberate step back to reassess—not to chase trends, but to align our offerings with long-term relevance, true to our engineering roots.

This meant looking closely at sectors where we already have strong experience, identifying gaps we could credibly fill, and making quiet yet meaningful moves to expand our capabilities in critical infrastructure, safety systems, and consulting services.

• Certifications & Compliance: We were certified by Kuwait Fire Force (KFF) with Grade 1 in Fire-Fighting Systems and Grade 2 in Ventilation Systems, reaffirming our commitment to technical excellence and life safety standards. We also revalidated all our contractor approvals with KPC, maintaining our position in Kuwait’s energy sector.
• Project Wins: We secured and executed major projects in building automation, smart metering, critical communications, and critical power infrastructure—core areas of growing importance to our clients.
• Datacenter Leadership: A standout achievement was leading the infrastructure works for a Tier III certified telecom facility, a technically demanding project that tested and proved our delivery capabilities in high-availability environments.
• Consulting Services: We expanded our Acoustic Consulting Services with major wins in landmark projects across the GCC. We also partnered with a respected independent Physical Security consultancy to bring specialized design expertise to the local Kuwait market.
• Fire & Gas Leadership: We have been steadily building up our credibility as a trusted fire & gas systems contractor in the oil & gas sector. We were honored by our partner Drager for outstanding achievement and exceeding expectation the last year – which we continue to attribute to quiet transformation and the fruits of 2 years of consistent effort. And we are thankful to our partner Drager for standing by us throughout the journey.
• Agency Partnerships:
  We secured 3 agency relationships in the fire & safety systems sector, allowing us to offer enhanced value to our clients:
  • With Industronic, we bring industrial communications systems expertise for the oil & gas, utilities and manufacturing sectors.
  • Our partnership with Resguardo introduces their LPCB-approved Fire Sniper system, ideal for protecting electrical panels, battery racks, server racks, and more.
  • In collaboration with Masry Group, we now offer a more comprehensive firefighting product portfolio to the Kuwaiti market.

Integration from Within

In 2025, beyond our major ERP and business system upgrades, our biggest internal focus was the integration of our service lines and teams. We’ve been aligning previously siloed services, improving cross-functional coordination, and building more unified, client-facing workflows.
